New Treatments - New Hope:
Update for Parents and Professionals on Treating Depression,
ADHD, and Substance Abuse
Today, as more is known about the signs and symptoms of mental
health disorders, including depression, substance abuse and ADHD,
an ever increasing number of treatment options and medications
are being developed. Yet the controversy and debate about these
options, especially the use and potential abuse of medications,
have made it difficult for both the public and professionals to
fully understand the options available. This conference will serve
to educate community members and professionals struggling to understand
and properly address these timely issues.
Presented by Community Institute for Psychotherapy on behalf
of the Marin Mental Health Alliance
Saturday, November 10, 2007, 9:00 - 3:00 PM
Marin Center, 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael
